1. What this site is

AIFinder.tech is a directory. We list and describe third-party AI products so you can find and compare them. We do not build, own, host or operate the products we list, and we are not a party to any agreement you enter into with them.

2. Information is provided as-is

We try to keep listings accurate and current, but products in this field change constantly. Prices, features, availability and company details may be out of date or incorrect. Nothing here is professional, financial or legal advice. Always check the provider's own site before you rely on anything or spend money.

3. Affiliate links and paid placement

Some outbound links are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission if you sign up or buy through them, at no extra cost to you. Some placements are paid advertising, and those are marked on the page.

Being an affiliate or an advertiser does not buy a better description. Our click-based ranking is driven by what visitors actually use.

4. Submitting a listing

Anyone may submit a tool for consideration. By submitting, you confirm you are entitled to provide the information and that it is accurate. We may accept, decline, edit, re-categorise or remove any listing at our discretion, and we do not guarantee that a submission will be published or that it will stay published.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, copy or republish the directory wholesale;
• send automated traffic, or attempt to inflate or distort click counts;
• interfere with the site's operation or security;
• submit unlawful, misleading or infringing material.

We measure traffic quality and may block sources that behave automatically.

6. Intellectual property

The layout, wording and compilation of this directory belong to us. Product names, logos and trade marks belong to their respective owners and are shown to identify those products. Their appearance here does not imply any endorsement or partnership unless we say so explicitly.

7. Third-party sites

Once you follow a link away from this directory you are on somebody else's site, governed by their terms and their privacy policy. We are not responsible for their content, their conduct, or anything you buy from them.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this directory or from your dealings with any listed provider. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.
